Adventist Christian Academy in Charlotte's Walk-through Easter Program

“We, here at ACA in Charlotte, had a wonderful walk-through Easter Program on Easter

Sunday. The students dressed up as characters from the Bible to depict the events leading up to the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. When visitors arrived they were greeted and assigned a “tour guide” who lead them through each scene as if they were actually there. There were 6 scenes total. It started with the last supper, then the Garden of Gethsemane. Next, visitors witnessed the meeting with Pilate when Jesus was sentenced to the cross and then His Crucifixion. Finally, visitors were guided to the tomb where they were able to witness the resurrection and then Jesus’ ascension into Heaven. It was a beautiful program put together with a lot of hard work, dedication, but most of all with love. Visitors talked highly of the program, and ACA even had a little visit from FOX 46 news! It was a blessed day for all involved and we pray that the message that was conveyed will be a continuous light to all who were able to attend.”
