Edith Helen Pursell Waugh

WAUGH, EDITH HELEN PURSELL, 86, born July 23, 1934, to the late William and Dorothy Pursell, died December 8, 2020. She was a member of the Sumter Seventh-day Adventist Church in Sumter, SC. She was a homemaker who loved babies and taking care of them. She also enjoyed cooking, being with family, going to the beach, reading the Bible, and watching musicals.

She is survived by six children, Leslie (Christiane) Waugh, Jr, Wenonah Lilley, Lelia (Terry) Harris, Marchetta Waugh, Alesia (Eric) Psolla, and Mark (JoAlyce) Waugh; daughter-in-law, Anne Waugh; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Karen Parks. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Leslie Waugh, Sr; one son, Mark Daniel Waugh; her brothers, William Pursell, Richard Pursell, and Joe Pursell; and three sisters, Dorothy Hanous, Loretta Jendrus, and Donna Bush.
