BARTLETT, JOAN “LORETTA,” 83, born April 21, 1936 to the late Latimero and Inez Eileen King Pires in Bermuda, died December 29, 2019, in Asheville, NC, she was member of Asheville North SDA church. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Thomas “Tom” Sr., and brother Richard Pires. She’s survived by her son Charles Tomas Bartlett, Jr., (Judy Eva Bartlett); brother Michael Pires; and grandchildren Anna Marie, Emily Joan, and Charles Thomas Bartlett, III.
