Klaus Willfried (Will) Kowarsch

KOWARSCH, KLAUS WILLFRIED (WILL), 78, born July 13, 1941, in Germany, died August 11, 2019, in Fort Worth, Texas, was member of Crowley SDA Church in Crowley, Texas. He was an ordained pastor, Christian Record Representative, Christian Record Area Director. Between 1966 and 1977, Will pastored churches in Fletcher, Henderson and Brevard, NC; Florence, Kingstree, Myrtle Beach, Goldsboro, Kinston, Jacksonville, Aiken and Orangeburg, SC; Statesville and Mocksville, NC; From 1977 - 1979 he pastored Spearfish and Belle Fourche, SD; Between 1979 and 1985, he pastored churches in Pipestone, Marshall, International Falls and Northhome, MN. From 1986 to 2016, he served Christian Record Services as a Representative in South Carolina Upstate and North Texas as well as Director of Southwestern Region. Will is survived by his spouse Dian of Burleson, Texas; daughter Krista Kowarsch Stover Weisner of Cookville, TN; daughter Karin Beals of Owasu, OK; son Klaus Kowarsch, Jr. of Riverside, CA; daughter Karla O’Neal of Happy Valley, OR. He is also survived by his sisters Renate Gray of Manning, SC; sister Heidi McFarland of Cleveland, TN; sister Esther Zwemer; brother-in-law Robert Garren of Collegedale, TN as well as the families of his children and siblings which include 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 18 nieces and nephews. Will is also survived by his extended family in Germany.
